ooooh a video do we get to hear what you sound like? I had some friends come round today who emigrated to San Diego. My friends DS has such an American accent it was really cute!

Nope sorry just a few new bits, shorts, T-shirts maybe some flip flops and a new swim suit actually that sounds quite a lot

Oh Tracy, what a week you've had! There's nothing like money to suck the fun out of a vacation. I can't believe someone took your card and tried to buy a CAR! You'd think if they were going to as bold as to take your CC information that they wouldn't be so stupid as to try and buy a flippin' CAR! I guess it's one of those times when you're glad you don't have $40K in your account? How's that for a silver lining?

Oh, I think the reason is because my DH shares the exact same name as a famous actor. I think maybe someone thought it was that persons card, as I'm sure that actor would have 40K in their checking account!

I'm glad the Enabler is up and about. Got to love the Claratin story. I have an Aunt who gave her kids Chicklets anytime they claimed to be ill. Chicklets are a cure-all...although I don't know if any of them have any teeth

Anyway, DH is mad cause I used duh duh duh.... a credit card! Waldo is mad because the Ducks haven't paid him his $200, The Enabler is mad at Waldo because Donald is his son and can suck up the $200. Everyone is mad and everyone because of what??? Money? It's been a week of "you owe me "X" for "Y" and "Well, I paid for "Z" and that cancels out "X". It's been crazy, I tell you.

Okay, here's one of the good things about traveling with overly polite friends - NO ONE talks about the money!

If I never mentioned it, Waldo is an avid golfer. He golfs Wednesdays and Thursdays with a group of old crabby men at his Country Club.

Somehow, this comes as no surprise at all.

Grrrr.... I swear, if he makes me mad again, I'm gonna throw him right off the Thomas Train!

We have these winds here called Santa Ana winds and they basically blow all the dust from the hills toward the ocean. They suck and the 3 of us get very congested and such.

I feel your pain! This is the worst of the wrost allergies seasons down here, too. Oka, pine and bottle brush, all at once. The mold from last summer's dried up, but it's about to rain, so you can add that back into the mix. Ugh.

It helped a little, but she went to the doctor and he gave her a miracle shot. I swear to you, today she is 90% "recovered". She's doing laundry and even wants to do some shopping tomorrow! It's a miracle, I tell you! A miracle. She miraculously recovered right before her Ojai trip!

Do you buy a new wardrobe for vacation???

Okay, okay, I'll admit it. YES. I do. Buy new clothes. For to go to WDW. 1.5 hours away. Not many, mind you. Well, not usually anyway. This coming trip is different. Details yet to come on that one.

Why did I put CRT on a credit card? Why didn't I just use the VISA check card? Hello??? Don't you remember what happened last year?

I don't know if I mentioned this before but last year when we got home from WDW, a few days later we received a call from our bank saying there's been some suspicious activity on our bank account and could they verify some information. You see, we used our VISA check card as a credit card when we checked into the Poly. We wanted the advange of being able to use our KTTW cards for purchases, but we didn't want to rack up a credit card bill. We thought it was a smart move until..... now I'm not pointing any fingers, but someone from the Poly lifted our card and tried to purchase a car with our bank account information! Suckers! Do you really think we have 40K in our checking account??? Not that there's anything wrong with having 40K in your checking account, but we do not.

UPDATE ON THE ENABLER:

Maddie, Evan and I all have nasty allergies to pollen and mold. It's been really bad here for about 5 days. Thankfully, Maddie does not have asthma, like Evan and I do. Anyway, The Enabler has not only been suffering from her rib pain, but has been complaining of clogged ears. She says it sounds like she's underwater or something. DH gave her a Claratin, to see if that helped. This time he did tell her it was a Claratin, for allergies. It helped a little, but she went to the doctor and he gave her a miracle shot. I swear to you, today she is 90% "recovered". She's doing laundry and even wants to do some shopping tomorrow! It's a miracle, I tell you! A miracle. She miraculously recovered right before her Ojai trip!

Lesson learned? Claritin cures everything!

Sounds jusst like my house-DS4 goes to catholic school and is off for 1 1/2 weeks!!! He wakes up talking and doesnt stop till he is sound asleep..NON-STOP i tell ya.I look for errands to do so I can put a DVD on in the car and he stops.

But of coarse.Not an entire wardrobe but lots of stuff....cute tops and shorts,skirts,flip flops, of coarse a new swim suit and maybe a coordinating sarong or coverup.

The Waldos are going to Ojai the weekend after Easter with another brother, who I'll call Scrooge.

Is that pronounced Oh hi? Like as in Brothers & Sisters. (Do you watch that?)

Evan is a HUGE fan of Thomas. He's got the train table and about a gazillion Thomas and Friends trains. He just loves trains... all trains... but Thomas the Train is his idol.

I was going to do that when it was here LY. Would love to hear if it was cool. Lil'l Diz still plays with them, but is growing up...and out of them

Come on Tracy you must know about us Brits the first sign of sun and we've stripped off Actually the weather was so nice 2 weeks ago I was in my shorts, only for one day though, last week DH was back in his thermals! I can remember going to Italy as a kid walking on the beach in our swimsuits and a lady walking the other way in her fur coat

Nothings wrong with golf. I think in America, it's a predominantly male sport. I've played a few times, I'm not too bad.
