Ya know, this is one of the times that I'm so glad all my h.s. pic's are still at my mother's house. 'Cause I could probably rival that, and probably would even post it, if I had one here. Alas, all my '80's pic's are 1107 miles away. ;)

Yes, girl....that IS a Forenzia sweatshirt. Back in the 80's, I was lucky that A) my local mall had the BIGGEST Limited store in the area B) that I had parents who didn't really gripe about the cost of school clothes, and C) that since I had a regular "job" at age 13 (I babysat for a family w/ three small kids for 6hrs a day/5days a week during the summer, and during the school year 3nights a week), so I could spend what I wanted when it came to clothes. My closet was entirely from the Limited from 1982-1988

Yes, I was a clothes-horse.......

OMG!!! I just saw that I'm a DIS Veteran. I don't even know when that happened. :cool1:

That all depends on which part of the 80's we're talking about...
1980 - nope
1981 - nope
1982 - nope
1983 - nope
1984 - nope
1985 - nope
1986 - nope

Okay...I am caught up on your posts... I will admit that since I have been away for a very long time, there is no way I can read every single post since the begining of June!!!

EEEEEEKKK...your trip is just around the corner!!!! And I think that all the new Nemo stuff is rockin!!! Catch the musical at AK.....it rocked...I bought the sound track!!!!

Last I looked, which was a few hours ago... our calendar has us at t-minus 6 weeks, non FDM time.
But let me digress for a moment......(time warp music)

It all started last week. Monday to be exact. It's 9pm and my phone rings..... it's my Dneph, Huey. He asks if I can come and pick up him and Dewey from the hospital. I'm afraid to ask what happened. Who's hurt/sick/injured???? I knew Donald had his first soft-ball game that night, so it was an easy guess who the person in the ER was.

Huey's cell phone is breaking up and I can barely make out his sentence. Something about his Dad and something about his Dad's leg and something about the softball game. Egads! I zoom over to the ER to pick up the boys and I get the whole story.

Apparently Donald was going for a fly ball and jumped up to catch it. When he came down, he came down with 1 leg in a small valley of grass and the other on level ground. He dislocated his knee! Ouch! :scared: Since he plays for a company team (Company=hospital), he was fortunate enough to have an ER doc on first base. The doc popped his knee back in place and sent him off to the ER for x-rays and such. Nothing to serious, right? :confused3

Fast forward 1 week later, his knee is not healing like it should be, so he's referred to an orthopedic surgeon. The Doc takes and HUGE needle and removes built up fluid/blood from behind his knee cap and tells Donald, he's got 3 weeks to get better or else they'll have to go in with a laproscopic camera to see what's really going on. 3 weeks from now..... let's see that's 3 weeks before WDW! That's 3 weeks before lots and lots of walking! I'm starting to panic!!!! Ai Dios Mio!!! :faint:

I asked Donald today if he thinks he's going to be able to keep up with us. He shrugs and says "I'll rent an ECV". Oh no! Not another rider! :lmao: Ok, I know I'm being selfish, but the last thing we need is Nemo boy slowing us down. Oh well, what am I going to do? Just grin and bear it, right? :teeth:

Poor Donald! He's feeling really bad. Not about slowing us down... about having to miss the next 3 softball games!!!!! :lmao:

So that's my latest drama! Thought you'd like hear about that!:rolleyes1

:faint: Ay ay ayyyyy! Poor Donald! Here's hoping he gets bettah soon!
