Men can you back me up on this?

DD 15yo got this test from her BF yesterday!

She was supposed to run errands for the day with him and at the last minute he said that he had to leave early and she should just sleep in. He would talk to her later in the day.

Fast forward 12 the next day DD is sound asleep (plays sports) her cell rings it is BF asking does she still want to run errands with him. He is down the street and can pick her up in 10min.

DD shoots out of bed, puts hair in a ponytail, brushes her teeth, washes her face, puts on an adorable outfit, and a little make-up.

Ready to go as he pulls up....she's my idol!

Well just for everyone's info this girl is actually not that high maintenance. She was just in her PJ's and thought she should put on something nice for a movie when I was wearing jeans and a tshirt. I'm just mad that she couldn't do the 10 min flight of the bumble bee like LvsTnk's daughter did. And before all the crazy DIS women :teeth: jump all over me for dating a "barbie", I'll say for the record that she is far from being a "barbie". I always want a girl I'm attracted too but personality and character is much more important than looks. I need an intelligent conversation and someone who actually reads the paper or watches the news and has a grasp with what is going on in the world.

AND as soon as I find one that doesn't put up with my BS then I'm marrying her. So far they all put up with me because of my adorable smile, funny personality, and bedroom eyes. :teeth:

By the way, I've never met a girl who isn't high maintenance. Every single one I've met is either emotionally or materialistically high maintenance.

Emotions and Women go hand in hand. Good luck with that one!

Kyle,

If you weren't such a Hottie, she wouldn't think she needed to get fixed up for you. She's probably nervous about all the other girls looking at you all the time. It is your own darn fault.;)

Does she need to go through this "getting ready" ritual before getting romantic too?
If so, I say dump her. :teeth:

Romantic? I'm a guy, I've never heard of that word.
Well, maybe what I had in mind for "romantic" would be called something else by you or other guys ;) , but this is a family show and I have already had posts deleted in the past. :teeth:

Sounds like your dating the wrong types of girls Kyle...I have a lovely DD who is in her 20's and because she isn't "BARBIE" (meaning picture perfect every minute of the day) she doesn't get out much....she is an athlete and very spontaneous (gets it from her mom! lol) an a very lovely young lady...it's just the guys like to have "barbie" to go to the movies with.

still available? :p

To me, makeup is not a necessity. There are plenty of women out there that look beautiful without makeup. Then again, you'd be surprised at the number of women that do wear makeup but you don't notice.

The key to makeup is to make it seem as if you're not wearing any.
