so do I download them first onto a flash drive or do I edit them with borders and such then download them? or claim them and then edit and download

There's a form on the photopass website to fill out about missing photos (not sure if it's on the app version).

I usually download one set unedited pictures, so I have them if I end up missing the deadline. Then I go back and add borders or whatever edits and download them again.
