Sorry if there is another place for this but couldn't find any.

My question is do you download your pics into a photopass site and add borders then download them to your computer?

I haven't been in 6 years and am not sure how it works.

Yes, you can add borders and stickers before you download.

You might have read my answer before I edited it. My mind was on Disneyland so I gave the answer for that site. You can add borders and stickers on the WDW site before you download.
