Are the photographers around before the park opens for guests with early ADRs? I'm thinking no but wouldn't it be great to get a picture in front of the castle on our way to BOG?

Thanks!

I don't recall seeing any photographers prior to official park opening. All our castle pics ppo were taken by us.

I was at a PPO ADR at Crystal Palace (May 2015) and my DW forgot some needed medication in the room. I left to go back and as I turned to go down Main Street towards the gate a PP photographer was setting up. I asked him if he was available for a picture and he said he was. He took a few pictures and then had me pose in such a way I knew he was setting me up for the "Tinker Bell in hand" magic shot. There were literally six people in the background of the picture between me and the castle. As I was getting on the shuttle I called DW and told her to stop at he PP photographer as they headed their character meet after breakfast. They also got PPO pictures with very few people in the shot. This was more than a year ago now so YMMV.

Mark in MN

We got PPO castle pictures in MK by a MM photog. There were some in Epcot, too, near the Ball.

We were disappointed that there were none in AK near the Tree, but a street vendor took a picture for us.

No PPO breakfast at DHS, so not sure about photogs there.

I had an 825 am ADR at BOG on the Sunday after Thanksgiving 2015. The park opened at 9 that morning. We got to the entrance at 7:40, were let in at 7:45 along with everyone else. There were 3 photographers set up along main street going up to the castle. We stopped at 2 of them and had short waits. The last one took some pics of us and added Olaf which was awesome cause one of my dd's was in an elsa dress. There is nobody in the background of that pic and we ended up using it as our Christmas card last year. Even after stopping for pics we still got to our ADR in plenty of time.

I've no idea if they are always out or if that was something different that morning but that was my experience.

and if you don't see any photogs I would highly suggest looking for another family who is trying to take pics and offering to take pictures for each other. Last year at the xmas party all the photogs on main street had really long lines and we ended up taking turns taking pics with another family, worked out great. The dad was really happy when I approached him with the idea.
