Memory Maker is Making No Sense

If I purchase MM in advance for $150....is that it? For everybody in my party? Extended family? Here's my situation, please, somebody who is a WDW veteran just tell me what I need to do.

I have a family of 4 on my reservation, 2 grandparents on another reservation and another 2 family members on a 3rd reservation, all linked together on MDE...WHO needs to purchase MM? Just me? Or all 3 reservations?

I've searched the forums and every post is making me more confused. The disney site is like ZERO help. Help me please!!

As long as everybody is on your Friends and Family list, only you need to buy it.

We had a similar situation on our last trip. Three family groups were all linked together and we only bought one Memory Maker.
