Memory Maker and Gold Pass

I purchased a Gold Pass back in December and will be activating it at Guest Services next week. I immediately linked it in My Disney Experience so that I could make FP reservations. I understand the Gold Pass comes with Memory Maker. Does the version that comes with the Gold Pass allow you to add borders thru the Memory Maker website or do I only get the downloads? I was already a little confused and now Disney just sent me a booklet in the mail telling me I could purchase Memory Maker for $149. Is this just a case of the left hand not knowing that I already have a Gold Pass or I need to purchase Memory Maker? Thanks for your help! I just want to make sure that the version I'm getting with the Gold Pass is the full version (allowing borders, etc) and not just the downloads?

I have the Gold Pass and used it in December. I don't personally use borders and stickers, but I was able to log into PhotoPass just now and add borders and stickers to my photos. There is no charge for this if all you do is download. If you want prints, there is a charge.

Yes, I have a gold AP that was purchased and activated back in November. I still received a promotional mailing to add memory maker to my April trip -- I think those are just automatic mailings which don't take into account AP status.
