Memory Maker after AP expires

I noticed a glitch where I still seem to get an AP discount on shop parks app even though my AP is expired.
Other people have confirmed the same thing happened to them.

Is there any chance this glitch would extend to Photopass too and on my next trip I would have free Photopass downloads even though my AP has expired?
Or wishful thinking and I should just spring for the advance purchase memory maker? Lol.

Our last AP expired the day after our trip ended. My parents stayed down there for a few more days, and all of their pictures after we left were watermarked on our account. Photos in your account already should still be yours to download, but new pictures shouldn't be good.

Our AP expired last December (2017). I can currently still see and download pictures as far back as July 28th, 2017. Images prior to that are no longer listed at all, though. Our June 2017 trip and earlier trips dating back to November 2016 are all gone. I believe you can download pictures for about one year after they were taken.
