Member Services - Saturdays - Help

I have been on hold now for over two hours! Is this typical? I know a lot of people are making 2007 holiday reservations. I called yesterday at 9:15 and had no problem getting through. I want to call each day so that I can get the dates I want. If I go to the website to book one day at a time, are those reservations immediate, and can I link them? Actually, I did try the website, and it was busy. Is Member Services open on Monday? Thanks for any advice.

I wonder if they are fully staffed on Saturdays? Early December is prime DVC time.

No they are not open on Monday.

I finally got through! I used my cell and called the 800#. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I had called the 407 number from my land line because I have unlimited long distance and figured using that instead of the 800# would save DVC a few cents. Never again. To answer my own questions in case anyone else needs answers: No, Member Services is not open on Monday, and in order to link the days online, one would have to e-mail them and wait up to 3-4 days for a reply; so it's better to call.

Welcome to the DVC phone system. I got caught in that loop for the 2006 Member Cruise. (I was on the 800 # so the number isn't the issue it's a problem with the phone system.)

Wow! Two hours?

Can someone PM me the 407 number? I have to call Tuesday and I'd like to have both numbers available for this call. (To get the remaining days for our December trip )

I did a day by day Jan 2 to 8. The only day I could not get through quick was last Saturday, I was on hold for about 15 minutes, called right at 1:00. The other days I wasn't on hold more than 5 minutes, never got a busy signal.
