Member needs BC or BW points

Hi!
I own at BC myself but....
I need 56 points for a Beach Club or Boardwalk studio for the 1st weekend of F&WF.
I've taken my mom and sister twice and they are hooked! This year my points are tied up taking my in-laws for Thanksgiving.
BUT I'd still like to take my mom. Someone out there help a daughter out?
