Member meetings at WDW

Well, we finally bought in to DVC. Have been to WDW over 40 times (25 of those on business - while working a contract for WDW) and still enjoy the magic. But, this will be our first trip as members at BCV!

I have heard about the weekly meetings they have (I think on Tuesdays?). Questions:

1) Am I correct they are on Tuesdays?
2) What is the purpose of the meetings?
3) We will be staying at OKW, can I go the meeting there - or do I need to drive over to BCV.
