MEI/ Mouse Fan Travel anyone use?

Using Mouse Fan now, love them! Jan Pepe is the best and has responded to my every need and more. Second year in a row to use their services.
 
We're using them for our upcoming trip and while my SIL has been the main contact, they've been great - got us every ADR we wanted (booked in early February for an early May trip) and handled switching a few around when we had a scheduling issue. We're a little over 2 weeks away and everything's moving smoothly so far. :)
 
I personally was not impressed. But I have heard good things overall.
 

When I was looking at my 25th anniversary trip to WDW I requested a quote from Mouse Fan Travel. The price they quoted me was right around the price I could get from Disney directly. I booked the trip through Disney at that time. A few months later I received an email from MFT asking if I was still interested in the trip they had quoted for me. At that time they were able to save us around $2000. I canceled our trip through Disney and went with MFT. They were a great help with everything (even though we were staying CL). I was very impressed that even though we hadn't originally booked our trip through them they kept looking for discounts for us. I would highly recommend them.:thumbsup2
 
Thank you very much! Our trip will not be until Jan. and they had said they will keep me on file for when the rates comes out.... I guess I will go with them if they remember me. ;)
 
I went with mei after dreams agent was slow to respond to all my questions and requests. I asked the dreams agent for 3 to 4 different quotes and got the feeling I was being a big pain. So after my last request to dreams agent I tried mei and they were very helpful and understanding despite the questions and changes I had to ask for.

Definitely would use mei again. Dissapointed in dreams unlimited.

I am really surprised to see this comment. Our experience with Stephanie has been terrible. I will actually be writing a letter to whoever is in charge of customer service after our trip.

I went with Mouse Fan Travel becasue I am a HUGE fan of the WDW today podcast.

I'm not gonna knock a company due to one TA, but I would strongly suggest that if you do go with them and the get assigned this TA. ASK FOR ANOTHER ONE:sad2:

Of course it is possible that there are two Stephanies, ours was Stephanie H, working for them.:confused3
 
We used MFT for the trip we are now on, and Suzy took very good care of us. No complaints. You may be able to book your own trip for about the same $$$ but why not let an agent do the work, earn a commission, and get all your res's, plane tickets, etc and save you tons of time? We changed our plans several times and it was never a problem to change things around. You're still in control of all aspects of your vacation.
 
I am using them for Lou's cruise. At first I was very dissapointed, so much that I booked offsite on my own with Dreams.

I did contact the owner Beci about something and let her know about my frustrations. The next day I got a phone call from Annette and she moved me to another agent ( sometimes people just don't mesh), and I have been happy ever since. Beci has even touched base with me to check to make sure all is still ok. I just wished I would have talked to her sooner and not stewed about it for so long.

I am getting excellent service with Dreams ( they are doing my land portion of my trip including ).

At this point I would use either of them again.

You are 100% correct.

I as you see I leave in less that two weeks so switching me over to a new TA? I don't know if it would matter.

As soon as things were not going smoothly, I should have called or emailed or something.

After reading your post, I did calm my butt down and typed up an email to see if things could be fixed. OR to atleast to let someone know something not right is going on.
 
We have used them in the past and have had nothing but great service. We had Stephanie H and she was the best. She was very helpful getting everything we wanted and was always very nice.
