Meeting The Beast?

Hi Everyone,

Is there another place to meet The Beast if you can't get a reservation for dinner at BOG?

Years ago, I wandered into a book store in the very back of the France pavilion, and just happened upon a Meet and Greet with Belle and the Beast. No one else was there, so I ran back to the front of the pavilion to grab my niece and nephew to go see them. No one else showed up for about ten or fifteen minutes and they played with my niece and nephew the entire time. It was awesome!

Anyway, I don't see anywhere that he is listed in a regular meet spot except for BOG, and we haven't been able to get a reservation there yet

No he's only at BOG at dinner time. It was one of our favorites. My husband loves the Beast. Honestly it was much easier to meet him there then it was in Epcot. We could never time it right.

Can you meet him even if you just got Desert there?

Yes, as long as you were seated and served in BOG, you can meet Beast on your way out of the restaurant.

Be Our Guest DINNER is currently the only location to meet Beast.

Keep trying for an ADR. Check multiple times a day and you may get one. I was so excited when I got mine.

I loved th opportunity to meet Beast in France. When my DGD was 4 Belle asked her to wait a few minutes and she would go get the Beast for her. I swear that Belle remembered her from a lunch at CRT a few months earlier!

I know how hard it is to get reservation. At our 180 day mark, we still could only get a reservation for 8:30 at night at the earliest.

As a PP said, keep trying for a dinner ADR. For our trip last July, we didn't book until less than 3 months out, so no BoG ADR available then. But I stalked it (checked on MDE several times a day) and managed to get a dinner ADR for the Saturday of July 4th weekend; I think it was at maybe 6:45-7pm. ( I think I finally got it about a month out.) People cancel ADRs all the time so just keep trying.

I agree with all the PP. Stalk those ADRs you never know what's going to reappear.

But also, in the Restaurant category, there are threads for people who want to cancel ADRs for the month they're going. You might want to sign up for the one for your vacation time.

I managed to grab BoG for 625 about a week out from my vacation because someone needed to release it.

He's no longer there because he was relocated to BOG Dinner.
