First, here's the trailer for those who need a memory refresher:

Does anyone know who the narrator heard in the first half of the trailer might be? It sounds like Morgan Freeman, but I keep thinking it isn't him. For some reason, it doesn't sound exactly like him. But if it isn't, then who is it? Almost sounds like an impression of Freeman.

I freely admit to being a strange person, but this question has driven me crazy since I first saw the trailer and Google gives me nothing.

I wonder if it might be Freeman's son, who sounds a lot like his dad ...

Help!

I loooove voices so I don't think you are strange at all :D

But I don't know who it sounds like. I can see how it sounds like Morgan Freeman but I don't think that's him, esp towards the end it doesn't sound like him at all. But I can't place it otherwise :( Good luck, hopefully someone will know!! :D

Sounds definitely like 2 different narrators- the one in the beginning, I can't place (doesn't sound like MF to me), but the one for the second half sounds like the generic "trailer voice guy"- maybe the same one from the Geico commercials.

Agreed. Might be MF on the first half, seems like they pieced two parts together...definitely two people.

Oh, there's no question the voice in the second half of the trailer isn't the same as the one in the first half. It's the voice in the first half I'm trying to identify.

Interesting that all my searching doesn't turn up any confirmation that it is Freeman, nor that it isn't ...
