Mears-Reservations worth it?

I will be flying into MCO on a monday morning for a 4 day trip at the end of the month. I'll be meeting my parents at the resort who will have a car so I don't have to worry about transportation back to the airport at the end of the vacation. I've decided Mears will probably be my best bet since I'll be travelling solo and a town car or taxi would cost more than twice as much.

My question is, would it be advantageous to reserve my Mears trip on the internet ahead of time? Will this save me time at the airport or would it take just as long to pay for it when I get there?

You might save a little $ by booking in advance. We have always included the mears tickets in oor package. I seem to recall the prices being a little higher at the airport. I also don't remember a "one way " fare.

As far as time, I think its is the same. Your bus is booked once you check-in anyway.

The only time having a Mears reservation in advance saves you time is if you need a wheelchair van. That way they can schedule it to be at the airport when you arrive. For all other vans/buses, you still have to go to the counter to pick up your actual ticket, then go outside to the dispatcher to be scheduled for transportation. FYI, the web reservations require pre-payment by credit card at the time of the reservation.

I have read that they have an automated machine for those that have web reservations and you can scan the bar code on your confirmation email to get your tickets, but I havn't seen the machine.
