Meal Vouchers

We are going to WDW in March for a cheerleading competiton and we are a ble to purchase meal vouchers. They are $13.00 and are good at any counter service location. Hasw anyone ever used they and did you feel it was a good value for the money????

1) If you plan your meal, you can get $15-$19 value for each voucher.
2) If you don't plan, you can realize as little as $9 value per voucher.

I am also wondering the same thing as we will also be their for cheerleading (my daughters first year in cheering) Would they be good for all counter service locations, like the dinging plan? even the Pepper Market? (I would LOVE THAT!!)
