Yes, those prices are correct; I paid S & H on m last order but I believe it was only b/c I kept my HSC membership past the 30 day free trial period.

No, standard S&H is still free for paying members. You can upgrade shipping to Express (3-4 business days) for $7.95 extra or to Rush (1-2 business days) for $15.95 per order.

Then I have no idea why that happened - I was not charged for standard S & H for the first 30 days and then after the 30 days, I was charged for standard S & H. I will follow-up with them on that.
