ME to BWV

I have always used a car service to get from airport to Boardwalk but this year with money tight I am considering using free DME service. My question is that we land at 6:30pm, how long of a ride, how many stops are made before I get to my hotel. I know getting off a plane after a 3 1/2 hour flight with no food, we will be hungry and will want to get to the resort ASAP. We will be making a beeline to either pizza or ESPN. Any feedback is appreciated.

Grab a bite to eat at the airport before you leave, or buy something to eat on the plane...as well as a drink. That should take the edge off the hunger pangs.
In any case, if you arrive at MCO at 6:30, you should be at BWV by 7:45. It usually takes 60-70 mins to get from the plane/gate area to the resort. Last two trips via DME to BW, the bus has gone to POR first, then to BW...surprisingly quick though.
Your luggage should be there within a few hours of resort checkin.
