ME from MCO with a 15 month old

My DD and her husband are heading down for a couple of days and staying off property. DH and I will be coming down a couple of days later and staying at POP. We will be bringing our 15 month old Grandson with us to hand off to his parents. My plan was to just bring him and get on DME but then I realized he may need a reservation. Do I need to add him to our reservation or can I just get on the bus with him. My thoughts were he is a baby and will be in my lap but then I realized they are probably paid by the head.

I'd go ahead and put your grandson on your reservation since it won't cost you anything.
