ME- do you HAVE to have a Magic Band to get on?

My sister, baby nephew, and mom are flying into Florida to meet us at WDW. We're driving in from GA and I have everyone's MB. I don't want to ship them overnight because they're going to have so much stuff to pack with the baby, etc.

Do they HAVE to have the magic bands in order to use ME? I'd assume just having the confirmation number would be enough.

No, they don't have to have bands. No international arrivals have bands. They'll have to stop at a kiosk and have a CM look up their reservation and print out a ticket for the bus.
