MDE- What next?

so we scanned the numbers on our tickets and plugged them into the NDE and now there's a picture of Woody and it says they are 'completing your request' but it's been doing that for about 20 mins. Anyone else had that experience?

The site has been flagging up error messages since 8.30 this morning. It was fine up to then but I gave up after that. It happens regularly. Try again later and see if your details gave processed Otherwise you may need to do it again.
