MDE Technical Difficulties? Do you know why this is happening?

I have already contacted IT abut this issue two times and have been assured they fixed it .....both times.

I am planning a trip with my SIL and her family and she cannot view our shared plans on MDE. She is linked to my account and on my MDE it states 'can view all plans'.

Each time I call IT they say that they fixed it, and that it wasn't set to view all plans. But it was. It still doesn't work so I am seeking advice from the experts here. :)

I tried having my SIL uninstall and reinstall the ap on her iPhone but it still doesn't work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Just FYI, but we had horrible issues trying to link my MDE account with my Sister's MDE account for our trip a couple of weeks ago. We shared a 2 bedroom villa at VGF, so we wanted our accounts linked so we could make FP+ reservations together.

After multiple hours on the phone with Disney, the CM lost all of my dining reservations, then she lost my Mother from my Sister's account. She just vanished - her ticket, her FP+ reservations, everything.

My problem had to be forwarded to a special Disney IT troubleshooting dept who sort of fixed things after a few days.

Moral of the story, things can get WAY worse than not being able to view each other's plans :)
