I have already contacted IT abut this issue two times and have been assured they fixed it .....both times.
I am planning a trip with my SIL and her family and she cannot view our shared plans on MDE. She is linked to my account and on my MDE it states 'can view all plans'.
Each time I call IT they say that they fixed it, and that it wasn't set to view all plans. But it was. It still doesn't work so I am seeking advice from the experts here.
I tried having my SIL uninstall and reinstall the ap on her iPhone but it still doesn't work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
