Has anyone modified a reservation, and the updated time did not populate on the app/site?
Earlier this month, I called to change my Wild Africa Trek reservation. The agent confirmed the new time, and I thought I was good. I noticed the time never updated on my daily itinerary, both on the web and the app.
I did the usual uninstall/reinstall, sign out/in, and all that. When I called today regarding a different reservation, the agent told me they had the modified and new times on their end. I hope to get this resolved, so I don't miss the reservation or encounter any issues. Has anyone experienced this, and what was the solution? I am on hold with IT services currently, but exploring all options.
