MDE/MB tickets question!

Hi,

I booked a package for four people, but only 2 of us are showing as having tickets on my MDE page. How do I fix that? I can't input the tickets, because I don't have any, it's just booked through Disney.

It could very well be a glitch. I've had it happen where one or 2 people wouldn't show up as having tickets. Try refreshing the page or log out and log back in. If after a few attempts, you can wait a day or 2 for it to show up or call WDW back to confirm your reservation. Have them email you a confirm. If it's showing up right on the email, chances are you're good and it'll just take a while for MDE to catch up.

Sometimes the missing info is because it is assigned to someone who manages their own profile and they haven't given you permission to access it. That happened with one of my sons.
 

They are all there, but just don't show up until I click on each individual name now. I won't worry until I can start making FP+ reservations.
