MDE heeeeelllllpppp!!!!

Oh my word-I’m so confused. We have rebooked our June 2020 vacation to April 2021. There are 11 of us going in 5 different rooms at POP. I’m trying to link everyone in MDE. When I click on “family and friends list” not only are the 11 people listed but also 6 others that are not
Part of our group this trip. At the top of the list it says, “people you have plans with”-me and the person sharing my room. Under that it says”people you don’t have plans with” and everyone else is listed there. I checked the people in our Current group and “share all plans” is checked on everyone in addition to the last checkbox ( which I can’t remember what is says now). When we had our original reservations, everyone was linked and we were able to book dining and fast passes for all. We have new reservation # for each room except when you put in the # and last name to link room and ticket, it says “reservation not found”. Could it be too early yet since the reservations were only made yesterday? I’d like to take this MDE and throw it out the window and go back to the old days without it. I am an educated woman, a professional and for the life of me I cannot figure this stupid thing out!!! Can anyone help me???

Sorry, I don't have any magic tips or tricks other than waiting till tomorrow and trying it again. I don't know what magic happens overnight but usually the next day things work for me. I also figured a reply would bump this to the top and maybe someone else could help. Good luck!

Typically, it can take 24 hours for the system to update resort reservations. You only have that 1 person listed under "People You Have Plans with" because that's the only person you have plans with right now - the hotel. Even if the others are listed under "People You Don't Have Plans with," you should still be able to select them for ADR's and Park Passes. As long as you can see their names somewhere on either list, you should be able to assign everyone the same ADR's and Park Passes. By "Sharing All Plans," this just means that those people can see all of the plans you make on MDE whether you have those plans together or not.

ETA: Are you sure you have a new reservation number for the new dates? Usually the same reservation number is assigned unless you added on days. The old reservation should modify online to the new one. If you can't see the other 4 room reservations, then your friends will need to go on their end to "Share All Plans" with you. Otherwise, I don't believe you can see the other reservations if they aren't in your name.
