MDE glitch?

Does anyone know if there is a reason why I cannot add parks and places to my MDE? It is highlighted right up until the 16th August inc, but from 17th August onwards I cannot add. We go on 18th August.

Is there a date that they are released? I originally thought it may be as the park hours had not been released, but they have been for August now.

It seems days open one at a time

Today you'll be able to add park and places up to the 17th of august

I don't know if it qualifies as a glitch or as a feature, but that's how it's been working for a while

It's always been around 6 months ahead. I guess because offerings and times can change alot.
