I had that same error earlier today but now I can sign in with no problem. Hopefully yours will return to normal soon.I've been checking resort prices for a few days and we just decided to book (for July 2017). I was using my laptop and could see prices for all the resorts until about 6 pm EST. Then 90% of the resorts weren't showing any prices (instead everything said there was no availability for our dates). My DH got onto his laptop and was able to see prices; he booked our hotel and paid the deposit.
I've been trying to log onto my account (using my laptop) for the past hour and a half. First it said my email and password didn't match. Then it wanted me to update my info. I can get into my profile, but none of my friends are showing up, the hotel reservation (that DH just made and listed me on) doesn't show up, it has my maiden name (and says "Miss" instead of "Mrs" - I've been married 11 years), says I don't have a selected character,... It's like ALL my info except my name and a very old address got erased.
