MDE and removing charging option before check in

My BFF is the planner for her extended family’s Christmas trip. All accounts are linked to hers. And she has her credit card on it for booking purposes. People are arriving on different days before her and she wants to remove the charging option to most of them since it’s her card attached. Can she do that now through MDE? We looked and looked and can’t see where to change this option. Thanks!
