MDE and a split/shared group

I'm usually in charge of ride reservations, well everything on our trips. This year our adult daughter's fiance is coming along, and they will want to occasionally split off and do their own thing, as well as with a sibling or two. She has a MDE account as well. How would we go about a situation where I'm responsible for most plan making most of the time, but she could take over for whomever was in her break off party?

Anyone can book LLs for anyone in the group. She’ll just have to know when they’re breaking off so she can decide when she should start stacking for her crew.

Everyone is an adult right? They should have their own accounts and you should all be linked as friends/family…

Oh! The kids, sorry! Someone else will have to chime in how to handle them. But all adults should have their own accounts.
