MCO to Vero. Restaurant?

I am going to Vero for the first time in a few weeks. We are getting in to MCO (Orlando airport) around 7:30 PM and driving. Any suggestions for places to eat on the way there? We probably wouldn't get to Vero until after 10 PM.

Eat before you leave the airport. There is pretty much nothing directly along the route on the trip from MCO to Vero once you leave Orlando. The middle of Florida is still pretty much ranchland.

There's a cracker barrel that we eat at. I think it is around Fort Pierce, with easy access on and off of 95.

Ft. Pierce is a good nearly 30 miles after the exit for the Disney resort, so I would second the poster who said to eat in Orlando. Personally, I really like McCoy's, right in the airport Hyatt. Not the cheapest game in town, but convenient. There's also a food court in the airport if you just want something fast.

There's a McDonald's on the way along the recommended route, but that's about it...

Sorry, my bad. I guess it's the Cracker Barrel near Titusville or the one near Palm Bay that I was thinking about.

We ate at a Texas Roadhouse on our way down, it was just off the exit ramp. If you go to their website you'll be able to find it, sorry I can't be of more help.
