Is there a "regular" shuttle that will take you to Walt Disney World? If so, how much is it per person? My in-laws are using the "shuttle" and I mentioned that they might be able to save money by going with Tiffany or FL Tours. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help. (There will be five people in their party.)

The "regular" shuttle is probably Mears. The price is on the net.

There is no "regular" shuttle from MCO to WDW. Over the years Disney has worked with Mears to shuttle people but I understand that the contract ended and Disney is considering going into the shuttle business themselves in the future.
Anyway, we used Mears once and will never do it again. You may get lucky and get on one of their vehicles and go right away. Other times they wait for more flights to arrive. In either case they will stop at any number of other hotels including yours. It can sometimes take a LOT of time. It's also aggravating and IMO a terrible way to start a wonderful Disney vacation.
Although a town car is more expensive for two people it is much more relaxing and they will take your luggage for you and then take you straight to your hotel (unless you want to stop at a grocery store along the way).
There are a number of quality towncar services. Keep reading these boards.

The rumor is that Disney is considering their own shuttle service. It'll take your luggage to your resort but will take you directly to the park of your choice.

A few long runs by a few people gives Mears a bad reputation. For one or 2 people who are on a budget it's not that bad. You may make a few stops BUT if it's your first trip to Disney you get to see some of WDW before you check in.

A rental car for a week doesn't cost that much more than a towncar and gives you a lot more flexibility.
