I just called Disney Dining and cancelled 15 of my 23 ADRs.



For all those with free dining, please enjoy.
The poor little gastric bypass girl with a timeshare will be outside the restaurant staring at you sadly.

Of the 8 left, two aren't even for me and one is a double reservation because I needed more space.
poor pitiful me.

tigger - that day will be the 10th for me - I wasn't planning on a park before MNSSHP, so I will probably see you at the pool!

I'm going to try to get people like Marita and Nab and Moo to join me, but we'll see how it goes.
If they refuse to wear a bathing suit, I don't know how willing they'll be to dive in with us.

maybe they'll play mini golf or pool instead.

Did somebody say lazy river?????? I havent been in a pool or any kind of water in 10 or more years, LOL. My bathing suit is 15 years old (just ask WT)) And I dont really have a desire to go. But at the same time it sounds like fun..........

ya say Phooey on the old suit and come jump in lazy river with us anyway! Who cares what a suit looks like as long as it covers the important parts! (And if it doesn't, you wear a super long tshirt!!!)

They haven't yet.
Dagnabit! So I don't know what I'll be doing yet.

Did you ditch the Garden Grill ressie?

The portion sizes are very large at many Disney restaurants. I'm sure I will be happy to share appetizers, entrees, etc. when we are at the same meals. Hopefully that is not frowned upon when there are Dining Plan and non-DP people at the same table.

I am also reserving judgment on the swimming, although I LOVE floating around in lazy rivers. If it is super hot, I will probably just go for it!

And I agree that people resort hop all the time, although at a lot of resorts like the Poly you pretty much need to be on their ressie list to park. I'm sure if you said you were just picking somebody up they'd take note of your license number and whether you exited within a reasonable amount of time.

To cut down on people parking at a resort and hopping a bus to avoid paying for parking Which just went up AGAIN!

This is my first time doing Mickey's Hallowen, we usually spend our Halloween time at that other park It's my second time at F&W Fest. It will be my first time meeting so many DISers in one trip as well...I am sooo siked

It's very appropriate that I'm going to be at the Amberville train station.
And they didn't give me anything to do on Thursday, which is probably good since I'll be there for 14 hours on Tuesday! It's going to be so fun!

I wanted to chime in and say that I think it's wonderful of you to share the magic of your vacation with these kids. Like a fairy godmother, in a sense.



(Or, in another sense, like a purple floating head wearing Mickey's Fantasia hat with a hand floating beside it holding Tink's wand. But I think the fairy godmother image works better. Especially around kids.)
