Strep went through the entire house.

The girls do sound like quite the pair! Stitches and busted teeth.

She actually refused to eat the baby food after we brought it home. She kept telling us, "I can still chew with THESE teeth" and pointed to her molars. Hot dogs, lots of soup, and mac and cheese have been on the menu. She canined some Doritos the other day and didn't have any trouble.

My biggest worry is her speech. 2-3 years is an awful long time to not have top teeth to form some of her letter sounds.


She's doing really well. She's eating and playing like nothing happened.

I can't get used to her without teeth. I looked at her school picture and her big smile and I just started crying. She's proud of her gap, but I miss her old gap in between her front two teeth.

DS is now in a contest to wiggle out his top two teeth so we can have toothless vacation photos. He's decided to leave his teeth for Tinkerbell if they fall out close to or on vacation. <silver lining>

So how adorable is that DS of yours?????

On happy note, DS has decided to make postcards for a few of his character friends to give them to them when we get there. He wants to make a couple more to give to his favorite characters. He made one for Mickey tonight.

I told him we could work on them when I make their autograph books this week.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that I got the fabric to make DD's Aurora costume dress today. JoAnn was having a pre-Easter sale and I managed to find some BRIGHT pink crepe for the dress.

The pattern I'm going off of is no where close to Aurora's dress nor do I have the time to really dig in and make it 100%, but it's going to be enough to get it.

Now I just have to get going!

DD ended up getting the stomach flu so I was down with her. I spent most of today running errands for the bazaar I'm doing this weekend, then we went to dinner with SIL who's moving to Florida tomorrow.

Tomorrow I am taking the kids to the Indianapolis Children's Museum then coming home and making my display board for the bazaar.

I definitely need to work from home so I have some time!

I recently took a leap of faith and gave some Disney advice to someone who I have never gotten along with in my life (we are cordial in public, but often butt heads). However, the greater good prevailed and I knew I wouldn't be able to live with myself knowing she was taking her family to Disney for one day, spending the money during Easter week, and getting bit in the financial butt. They spent open to close at MK yesterday and I just got a four page letter reviewing their amazing day and saying thanks many times. My tips saved their day! She had 30 bulleted points of things they got done, including cashing in BTMR FP for the Town Square Princesses when BTMR was closed down due to rain/lightning. MK was a 9.5 out of 10 (projected) on Wednesday. Happy chills!

She posted a video from ETWB and I got misty. One of her daughters was picked to be Mrs. Potts and her other daughter was picked to be Beast.

The video was of Belle and "Beast" dancing and at the very end, Belle knelt down and gave her a hug. She just fell into it and gave her the biggest bear hug.

It was awesome!

I can't wait for my kids to do it!
