I couldn't even get into the spa ressies...kept kicking me out and saying there were problems with their reservation system.

So did you get brunch?I managed to get everything but the times were really limited.
From my experience, Disney always holds time back and releases them onboard. You would need to go to wherever they are set up when you get onboard to reserve.
I wouldn't give up hope!

Glad to hear you got into Palo's...and good morning!Amazing. Got into Palo section at 5.02 (sorry it's 5am here in uk) and all brunch/tea slots already gone. Will have to get up early again at 75days i guess.
At least I was able to book all my excursions.
Tunis-- 4x4 Jeep Experience
Malta-- Jeep Safari
Villefranche-- Nice and Eze with Wine and Cheese.
At least I have that accomplished.
Jeff - when you went in 2007, was that about the price you paid or do you remember if prices went down further as it got closer?
So did you get brunch? When? What day? Do I have a backup now?
I read that you can't be logged in before midnight EST, or it doesn't work... Seems that may be true.
Sayhello
In 2007, our tickets from Memphis, TN to BCN were right at $1200 each! They never went down for the weeks I watched them and I didn't book them until less than 2 months before the cruise.![]()
I remember someone on another Med cruise thread had problems booking this one. It was a website issue. I suggest calling DCL and asking. That's what this other person did, and DCL was able to book it for them. So, I went to book my excursions and one of the ones I wanted was not even listed? I was looking forward to doing the family excursion in Rome and my son was looking forward to the puppet show. Do they usually pull excursions after they list them?
They didn't have many because they were gone in less than 5 minutes. I'll keep checking back every day but if I don't get it, we'll get on the waiting list on embarkation day.
Speaking of waiting lists, for those wine drinkers out there (or beer, martini, etc.) if you go to book a tasting and they're sold out, show up at the tasting anyway and hang around for a few minutes. Every tasting we've been to there have been last minute cancellations.
Whee! Thank you, I'd love to join you! That's like the perfect time for brunch. And High Tea on the first Sea day? That sounds great, also. Were you inviting me to join you for Tea also? The only caveat is, I don't know what my schedule for the ABD is like for the first sea day (we have a private animation class). But I will let you know if there's any conflict. I'm really looking forward to meeting someone from the DIS on the cruise, and it would be cool to bracket the cruise: eat with you on the first day, and discuss our plans, and eat with you on the last day, and compare our adventures!I got a brunch on 5/25 at 11:30. You are more than welcome to join me.
Also got high tea on 5/16 at 3pm.

Yeah, brunch is only on the 3 Sea days, and they only use 1/2 the Palo seating area. So there isn't much availability. Dinner, on the other hand, they have 10 or 11 dinners (is it available on embarkation day?) and the whole restaurant, so there's way more availability. And I don't think the ship is that full for our departure.Logged into site and was accessing the Palo reservations at 12:03 am and all brunch options were gone. Checked back at 12:20 and tea was gone but dinner is still available this morning(10:30am.)
We were able to get all of our excursions: Bardo Museum, Medina, Carthage & Sidi in Tunis, Les Calanches in Corsica, Mt. Vesuvius, Wine Tasting & Pompeii in Naples & using Disney transportation in Florence.
So my question is how many openings do you think they had for the brunch?
