10 min. Wii Fit+ this morning bringing me to 36/900. I was hoping to make it to the gym today, but now I'm not so sure going will fit into today's schedule. The gym is on my way home from work so perfect for M-F, but it's almost 20 minutes from my house making a 30 min. workout an almost 90 minute adventure. At least the construction has ended...

Didn't get my planned exercise in yesterday but I have a 6.4km run planned for today. My longest run so far, a bit nervous about it. :)

Back from my mini weekend getaway to the city. I did some damage, eating too little of mostly crappy stuff, but I only gained 1.8 meaning I'm still down .4 since May 1. So it's ok. I managed a little bit of working out too.

Friday: 20 minute power walk (thought we were going to be late for Cirque du Soleil! :rotfl:)
Saturday: 30 minutes 30 Day Shred. I got home late last night and was missing Jillian so I decided to give it a go. Having one day off from the 30DS seems to have been really good for me -- my muscles were stronger and I had much better endurance! :thumbsup2
Sunday: 30 minutes 30DS
30 minutes recumbent bike
10 minutes Gazelle glider

I feel great today!

Wow! You guys were really moving this weekend! I think I have your minutes and color changes up to here. Check me!

I did 30 minutes walking Saturday and 40 minutes at the fitness center in our hotel (20 elliptical and 20 bike). Today, I waked nearly 7 miles scream teaming at Howard's marathon and that's just when I had the Garmin running. I estimated 3 hours of walking, zipping along the course to cheer.

That brings me to 370/1500
 
I've got a lot of make up work to do tomorrow! I have some errands to run in the morning so hopefully I will get to a few hours in tomorrow.

I plan on doing some elliptical in the early morning. Then I'm going to do some WATP. I also hope to fit in a new workout I haven't had a chance to check out yet. And hopefully more elliptical tomorrow night. I only have a few more days to use it before my parents arrive!

Heading to bed now! Had a great day with my girls and just want to read some Hunger Games and get some shut eye!

Got a 54 min run in tonight. I actually ran a bit further than I intended because I messed up my route. :rotfl2:

Today my husband and I walk/jogged an Army PT trail and it was HARD!! haha!! No wonder our soldiers are in such good shape. They even have workout stations set up as you go along, so I may try some of those next time.

Anyways...that was an hours worth!! :cool1:

Tonight I walked/jogged on the treadmill for an hour...whooo my legs are feeling it. I also walked for 20 minutes yesterday. So, I am up to
