Just said good-bye to our oldest son who is moving to Ft Myers Florida today. DH & he are driving down now. Sooooo, went to the gym to work out my sadness. Did 40 minutes wt machines and 45 minutes cardio.

I'm tempted to sign up for my first ever at the end of August locally. I'm liking it only because it has a 4 hr. time limit, lol. I'm doing the ToT 10 miler in Sept. so if I can do the 1/2, for sure I can do the ToT. Debating...

I ran 36 mins yesterday, 5/2
Walk/run 52 mins today, 5/3

I'm now at 160/1200

Hi Everyone..I would love to join. I will start off with 900 minutes.

Guess im hitting the gym tonight to get started.
 

45 minute bike ride (my longest since getting my bike 2 weeks ago!)

Puts me at 80/875.

I saw a snake while biking but luckily for me it was already dead or i prob would've fallen off! :scared1:

Didn't get my planned exercise DVD in on Wednesday because I ended up falling asleep on the couch watching TV with the hubby. Moved that workout to tonight. When I do the exercise DVD tonight it should put me at 10% of my goal minutes. :cool1:
 
Feeling a bit under the weather this morning, so didn't get to the gym. Hopefully I'll feel better soon and can just do one of my exercise DVDs.

Well, it isn't much, but I just walked 20 minutes at work with a co-worker as part of our "Smoke Breaks." My plan is to try and do this twice a day (maybe even three times a day) and then something else at the gym later.
