Yea! I was able to book Palo for the day and time we want!

I could have added Palo Brunch for our at sea day, but the brunch is not something we have been interested in. Just a heads-up it was available if anyone is interested.

While making my Castaway Ray's reservation for our CC day, I noticed there are two Family Beach Cabanas available, and one Serenity Bay Cabana available. Not sure how long those will last!

I emailed my TA our preferred dining rotation a couple of days ago and she responded this morning with the rotation from Disney:

Rotation 1: L/AP/PC/PC/L
Rotation 2: AP/PC/L/L/AP
Rotation 3: PC/L/AP/AP/PC

This is a problem for me since we were planning to have dinner in Key West on night 2. Why did Disney make night 2 the only night that doesn't repeat??? We're going to miss a restaurant! I'm trying to talk my parents into getting married in Key West (they were married for 17 years, divorced for 17 years, and now they've been engaged for 2 years). I don't want to have to rush back on the boat for our early dining (which we HAVE to have with the 5 year old).

So, since we have to miss a restaurant, which one???

Congrats! We have to wait (since this is our first cruise), but I'm hoping one of those cabanas will stick around...

3 more months... woohoo I need to PIF... cant wait to have that done! Still clueless as to when to book Palo. Dont want to miss pirate night or formal night or any other cool night. UGH.. might have to skip Palo or maybe we'll do brunch.. decisions decisions

Our TA said that when they book Palo they would book later in the night, so they could still go that nights restaurant with their kids. They'll just have an appetizer and drinks while the kids eat, then afterwards the kids go to the clubs and they go to Palo. Sounds like a good plan to me.

Awesome if you can upgrade at the port! There are a few different ways to let me know. You can stop by our stateroom and leave a note there for me. If you have a cell phone with you, I will be leaving mine on until we leave Port Canaveral, so you can text me. My cell phone will be listed on the spreadsheet as of the next update, which will be out this weekend. If you swing by the 3 p.m. meet at the Promenade Lounge, just let me know. Or, leave a message with Guest Services. However you get in touch with me, I will get an updated list of all FE staterooms to everyone in the event of any changes.

What do you think about March 31st? Would that give everyone enough time, or should we make it earlier? Or is that too early? Anyone who wants to join after the cutoff date can do so with the understanding they may not receive an FE surprise from everyone since they missed the cutoff date (we have done this in the past, and it works out well as several folks do have extras to provide for those who join late).

Does this work with everyone? Thoughts?
