Yay for fellow cruise dieters!<--we gotta be doing more of this so we can get our slim on, huh? I want to fit in my cute clothes for the warmer months, too.
I'll have to check that out. I just restarted the 'Ease into 5k' app via iPhone/bluetooth earbuds. On my between days I'm doing aerobics & stair stepper. High protein, low carbs, as little sugar as possible (including fruits). And it doesn't hurt that I started the medical weight loss program at the doctor's office.
Wow that's a weight loss plan!
I'm just casually dieting if that's even possible.

I'm an APP junkie, at least the free ones. Knowing how many calories I'm eating has helped me out tremendously!
