For those of you with younger children(8), which dinner seating do you have, we eat late here and currentl;y have the early seating.

Courtney and dakota, Katie rec;d your letter but has not been over yet to get it,( I am grandma) I am sure she will write back this weekend

well we have one in each age range but right now we have the late seating..which we don't really like but finding it may work better for us this time around. we just will have to make sure we have snacks for amber during her normal dinner time frame at 6ish.

amber also loved her valentine..i am bad i got the envelopes but haven't gotten then written up yet..i promise i will get them in the mail by the end of this week though.

I got Madison to sign all of her Valentines today. Then I wrote on the envelopes for her, Upside down! I will try to get stamps tomorrow.
I am going to meet two friends for a sew date tomorrow. I need to work on a quilt I am supposed to be teaching early March.

Woo hoo...went to JC Penney today and got some things on sale. Found a lime green T-shirt! It's still an "in" color. Starting to try on stuff in my closet and see how much weight I still have to lose before it fits! I really don't want to spend any more money on this trip!

Madznana.....How's the WDW part of your planning going? That's what I'm concentrating on now. After the cruise we go to WL and I think that day we will just explore the resort and then take the monorail to check out the area and see the other 3 resorts that connect to the monorail. Then Sunday will be our first day at the parks.

You'll have a great time. I used Tour Guide Mike the first time we took Devin because he doesn't wait well and I wanted to split up a little so my thrill ride loving niece could have a good time too. I know you guys are 3 adults but it may be worth checking out. The fast pass system is invaluable. Its probably the same as Disneyland since I assume Disneyland gets crowded but WDW is massive and crowded.

I can't remember if I already posted this, but I bought me a green polo from the Disney Store with Daisey Duck on it, dd got a pink one with Tink, dh already had a fire dept. Mickey one thats white, and I ordered ds a navy MM one from Disneystore online. That's what we will be wearing the day we embark. I am going to see if I can get mine embroidered with the Cinco Dis Mayo logo.

I went scrapping again today. Got 3 pages done. I'm loving having this time off to myself.

I got two pages scrapped today. It felt so good. I really need to get caught up before our vacation. I can't imagine how many pictures we will be taking in two weeks time. Last time just on the Magic I took 1003! Thank goodness digital cameras came out huh?! WDW here we come!

I wish I could get DH and DS to wear polo shirts that day. DH has a lime green T-shirt, but it is huge on him. He wants to wear his bright orange shorts with them! Yikes....You'd be able to find us in the terminal easy if he gets his way!

Well I'm still trying to figure out a plan for Cozumel. There are 4 ships in port that day and we are the last to arrive. So I expect the beachess will be crowded before we get there.

My lovely dh has just booked this cruise for us as its our 4th wedding anniversary on May 10th

we're also booked on next year's western repo cruise...so I'm really spoilt!

I'm Kim, traveling with my DH Brian and DS Devin (almost 3). We're from Michigan. This is our first DCL cruise and DS's first cruise ever.

Welocme Mandy! A cruise is a great way to celebrate an anniversary. My DH Bob and I (Karen), just celebrated our 25th anniversary on a cruise around the British Isles last year! This is our first Disney cruise.
Debbie, we are just able to spend 4 nights at WDW, (also a first trip!)
Saturday we are going to walk around, play in the pool, apparently it has a large dinosaur slide! We have dinner ressies at Cape May Cafe for that night.
Sunday we are going to Epcot. Breakfast ressies at Chef Mickeys. Dinner ressies at L'Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante. Monday we are going to Magic Kingdom, ressies at Crystal Palace for breakfast and Liberty Tree Inn for dinner. Tuesday we are going to Animal Kingdon. Tuskers House for Lunch and then Ohana for dinner. Wednesday we have to go home.
I made great use of my WDW Passporter! Sunday is Mother's Day and a few choices I had originally picked were already booked when I started all this two weeks ago. Oh, and we are staying at Port Orleans French Quarter.

I forgot about Sunday being Mothers day. It's also DH's birthday. We didn't make any dining ressies. We never know what we'll be doing, so we'll just eat wherever and whenever we can! A lot of the places you picked are on my list of places to check out. They said May wasn't too bad for walk-ins!

I bought iron-on transfer stuff tonight. Wonder how many T-shirts I'll screw up first! Haven't got the magnetic paper yet. Maybe I'll use my door sign for an iron-on! I'm so not crafty!

DH told DS tonight that I was making them fruity shirts to wear on the cruise! We'll see what happens!

Madznana: I'm sure Madison will love Chef Mickeys and CP - we did character dinners at both and Devin LOVED them. We had the best service at CP and a special b-day cake I had ordered for Devin's 2nd B-day. At Chef Mickey's the characters lavished us with attention. Our character bkfst at Ohana was a bit disappointing (bad service and disorganized character interaction) but I hear dinner is good. We stayed at the Poly in June and the food at Kona was good. Don't know your bkfst plan for Tuesday but the Donald Breakfastosaurus at AK was pretty good; the character interaction was short but organized. Plus it got us into the park early which was a bonus since I made a bee-line to EE for FP's and made it before the massive crowd. Don't know if they have anything like this at DL, but at EPCOT I loved having Devin pick 2 oysters (containing pearls) in Japan. He didn't get one that was "gong worthy" but he picked me a nice 7mm white pearl for my charm bracelet to commemorate his first trip to EPCOT and a little bigger one that I had mounted on a silver dragonfly pin for him to give to my sis for her 30th B-day. I've never been to DL so I don't know what is the same and what is different, so sorry if you are already familiar with these places.

I'm sure you'll have a great Mother's Day. We are heading home right after the cruise on Saturday, so we'll be able to make annual Mother's Day brunch for 12 on Sunday.

Well, good morning from the UK......and thanks for the warm welcome

My brand new Cruise passporter arrived this morning in the post so I was very late getting up and now I just want to sit and read it!

I feel we have lots of planning to do very quickly...we'll be staying for a week or so before we cruise, so will probably have 2 nigths at the Hard Rock, then the rest at Disney.

Very different from our Repo cruise next year when we have so long to plan for it!


I'm a bit concerned we won't be able to get Palo for the evening of our anniversary though, oh well, we'll see.....

easier said then done in our house as dd has a bad case of sinus infection along with pink eye shes on antibiotics and keeping fingers crossed noone else gets it...so far we think the pink eye is not contagious as it is realated to an allergy type infection but dr wants us to keep her away and indoors for a week or so just in case. but that's why i have been missing in action. i do have the valentines ready to mail but won't get them in the mail box till monday now since i can't go nowhere this weekend.
