Oh no, that would be horrible! One of the things that makes DCL so special is having your great serving team rotate with you. Please say it isn't so!

ITA - I love Disney dining and the rotating serving teams.

Welcome Susans! This will be quite the introduction to DCL cruising. This will be my parnets' and sisters' second trip on DCL. I think it's hysterical that they are Castaway Club members and have never been to CC. We were on the 1st trip out of LA in 2005 and it was an experience to say the least. As someone said previously, "its fun to be the guinea pig."

Actually being the guinea pig is part of makes the trip so special, that and traveling with old Dis friends and all the new ones we'll be making!!

Well, looks like our several days of spring are over, forcast calling for snow tomorrow night. Is it time to cruise yet?

Watching Samantha Brown in Europe on Travel Channel, they just advertised a new show for Saturday night that had a teaser of DCL.

You have the most awesome name!!!! Not that I'm biased or anything.

You are NEVER too late to join the wild and crazy DIS crowd. Please check out the 1st post on page 55 from kpros. It outlines all of the wonderful things planned in and around the cruise along with a few things you need to sign up for.

1) PM kpros as soon as possible to get lanyards for all of your party. Make sure to provide him with the first name for everyone. These are THE MOST AWESOME souvenir you could ever think of. A few of the group here helped pitch in on the cost.
2) PM me if you are interested in Ron and Monica's toga party/suite tour/wine tasting and general all around fun gathering on the first sea day at 1pm - kids invited too! Let me know who is planning on attending and the ages of any children (no, I don't need the ages of children over 18).

I also just recently updated a FAQ list on page 1, post 15. Ken and I will eventually reference each other's posts in our posts once I figure out how to reference a post in a post. Where is Peter when I need him????

Our son attends OU(Boomer Sooner) and graduates this summer with a masters in electrical engineering. Ken, please don't think this has anything to do about your Lanyards. We just had wristbands on our last cruise and it was great to be able to spot DIS'ers from a distance or from behind...
I am looking forward to receiving my lanyard. I never have a place to put my KTTW card without carrying my purse.
