May 25th, 2013 Fantasy Western!

I've been trying to find info on the wine package. From what I can see is you have the options to buy a 3, 5 or 7 night wine package at 25% off regular price. You can drink it at dinner and take the remaining back to your room if you don't finish. I think DH and I will just bring some bottles of wine and maybe a bottle of rum to mix with juices. I don't want to take too much because I don't want to have to bring it home if we don't drink it.

Great idea!!

I got a letter in the mail today from the clerk of court saying I've been excused from jury duty the week before, week of and week after the cruise. I'm relieved to not have to worry about that.

I'm not sure yet about the cabin 6514 waiting on them to decide what they are doing. But count me in for sure!!!

You will have to explain to me what we do I have never done this before. You will also have to let me know how to know which cabins I have.

Hey, does anyone know off hand if the resorts at WDW carry bottles of liquor? I would like to bring one on the cruise with us but I can't remember if they have it or not. We will not have transportation and don't want to take a cab anywhere. If not then I guess we will wait for the first port. I am sure I can probably handle the drinks of the day until then.

I remember seeing small bottles in the gift shop at Caribbean Beach Resort. I would assume all the hotels' shops would follow the same.

I was going to suggest buying it on the ship, but I forgot any bottles bought while onboard are held until your last night.

Once we close the list, around the end of this month, I'll split the list and you'll be able to see which rooms you have. Plan on less than 20 cabins per group. Right now we're at about 15 cabins per group.

You MUST have a Fish Extender outside your door to receive gifts. Disney has made it clear that we can't drop off gifts on the floor outside a cabin. They will just grab them and take them to Guest Services.

WOW! You're in a Royal Suite? Can we all have a tour?

Since Concierge is locked to us commoners, I'm not sure how to get the FE gifts to you. On other cruises, we sometimes found the gate propped open and snuck in, other times a nice CM would deliver the gifts for us.

I hope it won't be too much of a problem, but bear with us if your gifts don't get there too promptly.

I posted here so others would see that there is a little difficulty getting into the Concierge area (as there should be).

I believe you are correct. Unlike the Dream, the Fantasy does not have gates in the concierge area, so not likely to be a problem.

I have the Roy booked for may of next year (shhh DS doesn't know, he thinks we're in a V), and he was upset when I told him the Fantasy doesn't have the gates. While I thought they were a pain when we sailed on the Dream, he felt special lol.

I believe you are correct. Unlike the Dream, the Fantasy does not have gates in the concierge area, so not likely to be a problem.

Thanks for the update. I've been on 3 of the ships, but guess I never had to deliver to the concierge area of the Fantasy.

Thats's a relief, but sort of a bummer for you guys since we can go traipsing around your area.

I just got notice from my travel agent that our cruise is paid in full! Since my family is in two different rooms, she says when booking excursions and such I can do it under one reservation number since it is linked. Is that accurate?

Yes it is. When you go to pick reserve an excursion, you'll see all the people in both staterooms and can reserve for all of them.

I can't believe everyone is talking about the excursions they are booking and we can't book for 9 more days! Does anyone know if we are on the west coast do we have to Wait until midnight to book or can we book after 9pm which is midnight in Fl? Does anyone have the time to check which excursions are closed?

You can book at 9pm. I am in the central time zone and was able to book at 11p. When I get home this afternoon I can look something up for you if some here doesn't do it before then.
