May 23, 2015 Fantasy Eastern Caribbean Cruise!

I haven't come across any threads yet for the date of May 23, 2015 on the Fantasy for the Eastern Caribbean.

Any others out there?

This will be our first Disney Cruise (and my first cruise all together). I'm so excited!

We are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and am so excited!

We are taking this cruise as a family, and we are also going with my sister and her two girls age 5, 8 and our mom and dad. (Total, 5 adults, 4 kids). So we have three staterooms all right next to each other which will be really nice!
DH was in the Navy, so he's done many "cruises", just not the really fun types! My sister has done a cruise on RCL. Parents have NEVER done a cruise, and they are in their mid 60's so they are very excited. And I have never cruised either. I have a slight fear of boats and water, but I'm looking beyond that because I know how much fun this will be for us!
We will be celebrating my sister's 40th birthday (May 24th) and mine and DH's 10 year wedding anniversary (May 29).
I have been to Disneyland too many times to count, WDW only once when I was little - so we're doing a pit stop to WDW the day before embarking.
So you all have cruised DCL before?

Tara it is great to meet you. We are a family of 4 from Ohio. Our children are going to be 10 and 8 at the time we cruise. This is our third cruise with Disney. Each one has been a blast and I am sure this one will be also!

I'm so excited for this cruise!!

This will be our 3rd Disney cruise, but the last one was way back in 2008. We will be traveling with my parents and our 4 boys - ages at cruise time will be 3, 5, 11, 12. We've been waiting until the little guys were both 3 before we cruised again. FINALLY TIME!

We are in Atlanta now, but originally from Ohio.

Can't wait to get to know you guys over the next 14 months!

We are in for this one. It's myself, my mom and my dad. My sister and her family are also traveling on this cruise. It's our 3rd Disney cruise, and my 4th cruise (Carnival was the other, never again!). Our other 2 Disney cruises were on the Dream. Excited for the Fantasy! I've always wanted to surprise my kids with something like this! If you do surprise them, don't forget to video tape it!

I told my twins already because my girl is 4 and didn't really understand what the cruise is (still doesn't really - just knows it's Disney related and you get on a boat) and my boy is autistic, so he doesn't get it yet. But hopefully by next summer they will understand more of what we're doing and will be really excited! They both love all things Disney - as do DH and I!

Hey everyone! My family and I will be cruising with you all as well, and we're very excited. As of right now, it will be myself and husband, our two children (8+7 at time of sailing), my parents, and my in-laws. There's a possibility that my sister and her husband will be joining, and my sister & brother-in-law will be joining us as well.

This will be the second cruise for my family and in-laws, we sailed on the Fantasy last April. It will however be the first Disney cruise (or cruise all together for that matter) for my parents & sister. We loved the Fantasy, and my husband & children have been talking about going back since the moment we walked off the ship.

Anyone else feel like this year is going to drag?!

YES! I am so excited about this trip that I've been ignoring the fact that I have to get to work planning our vacation for THIS summer. We're heading to the beach this year (which will be awesome), but my countdown is REALLY for this cruise trip!

Luckily we have another cruise to look forward to between now and then. My DH and I are going on our 3rd Buckeye Cruise for Cancer in February. The first 2 BC4C trips (Royal Caribbean) definitely contributed to our interest in doing a Disney cruise with the family!

I told my husband (who has been teasing me for my obsession with this discussion board and all things DCL related over the last few weeks) that he should be pleased. Booking this far in advance gives me lots of time to enjoy this vacation. I really feel like I'll get my money's worth from this one because I'll be enjoying DCL for the next 14 months!

How fun!! And I agree, we are totally getting our monies worth by enjoying DCL for the next 14 months! haha

And YESSSS.... the time is going to DRAG!!! I'm soooo ready to go!! I feel like I need some sort of Disney fix to tie me over until next May. Trying to talk DH into taking a little road trip over to Disneyland this summer

Thank you for organizing this! This will be our 3rd Disney cruise, but first time doing FE. I am sure I will have many questions as we get closer! I will get us signed up, but I want to talk to my parents (who are traveling with us) first to see if they want to do it too.

Hello all!

We just booked this cruise March 31st as we were onboard the Disney Magic.

It will be me, DH, DD (21) and DS (19). We will be sailing to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. It will be the 8th Disney cruise for my husband and I, and the 6th for our kids.

We are on our way home from the 4 night Dream and had such a wonderful time we booked this cruise on board! Looking forward to the extra 3 nights and to experience the Fantasy! =)
