Personally, I never really understood the staggered dining anyway. When we first started cruising with DCL, there was only "Early" and "Late" and it seemed to work fine.

THERE YOU GO!!! Their website isn't up to date about a few things that changed last year. I doubt that the change will be made on the site until 2010 sometime.

This isn't their website, this is the information server that they all get the information from. When there are changes made, they update that server. The website doesn't get updated as often. I'm not doubting this, just relating what happened.

Finally had a day off. Had a dentisr appt, went to grocery store, had a massage, then out to eat an early dinner with my daughter, and then had to take a 2 hour nap. Woke up & was all (well semi) motivated & began to clean the house. I have always done my best cleaning at night. Got everything all picked up & organized and then went to get the vacumn out. No vacumn. I guess my stepson came & borrowed it almost 2 weeks ago. Great!! So I told my daughter to get it back...now. It just really irks me when people borrow stuff & don't return it.

But did get a chance to try on clothes & I have dresses that fit for formal & semi formal. Yeah!! Now just to get the rest organized & ready to pack.

I go for #3 of 5 knee shot today, and tonight we're going to see Scott McIntyre's concert. Just a small event, but it will be neat to see him and hear about Idol.

Is anyone still planning on doing the baths while in Tortola? Doing it on your own...and not through DCL? Just curious...I am still considering it/still deciding what to do in Tortola. Just can't see paying the DCL prices for this excursion.

We are still planning on doing a trip to the bath's.

Have a good time at the concert tonight. Hope shot #3 isn't too painful for you! Guess you're gonna have a nasty couple of days, from what I've read from shot #1 & #2. Hope they get less painful today & for the next one.

I do have a spare vacumn still in the box, but it's buried in the back of a closet & don't feel like digging it out now. Gonna go tan for a bit today & then on to work, but should be an easy night. Maybe I'll clean more tonight.

Have to go to Ken's ex MIL for Mother's Day brunch Sunday. Not what was high on my wishlist to do on Mother's Day, but she is a sweetheart, so will go for a bit. Then Kaylah & I are going to go shopping. Need to go to Christopher & Banks to get some big girl shorts. They actually fit women. Just can't get into those teen shorts anymore. They are way too low & way too short!

Do you get extra rewards for using it at Disney stores and cruises etc?
Extra spending funds is always more fun to spend than funds I worked for

Have you read what the other cruisers have been saying? I've only skimmed it, but I think some of them went to the Baths on their own.
There's one thread on the Main Boards, and a couple of trip reports now.

Yes...I have read them. I was asking for people on our cruise, if anyone was planning on going, and going on their own. Just kind of curious to see if we would see others from our cruise going on their own, or if they have decided to do the excursion through DCL. There was some talk a while back about it...so I was kind of looking for an update from fellow cruisers.

We are planning on going on our own - there are 8 of us and happy to go as a group if we plan a place to meet early and head over to the ferry together.
We are taking our snorkle stuff and want to make an early start.
Let me know if you are interested - or anyone else.
I'll start a list and you can copy and add your info to it if interested in going as a group.

I have 1025 DDR and ordered 2 cards for DH and me!
So you see, no matter how many free Disney dollars you have-IT'S NEVER ENOUGH!!!

I can't believe that in 2 weeks, we'll be driving down to FL!!!

I got another tiny thing checked off of my list last night. I bought a Mickey dress a couple of months ago & it needed to be altered. Finally sat down at the sewing machine last night & got that taken care.

Made myself a dr. appt. for this afternoon. I'm battling with the sinuses again. The dizziness has subsided today but my cheeks are KILLING me.

Hope you feel better soon Angie! Sorry to hear you have been dizzy! I hate sinus infections! And this is the time of year I always get them(well, heck, I ALWAYS seem to get them). It's great that you are checking things off your to do list!!

Two weeks from now and we'll have already been in Orlando for a day!!! I have GOT to find time to finish packing this weekend into the week.

At least I can check one thing off my list...got my hair done today! it's SHORT and highlighted now!

We have VERY busy schedules coming up.

Brandon has football practice Mon-Thursday next week. And a first game on Friday.
I take mom to Dialysis Tues, Thurs, Saturdays until we leave.
Monday brandon has a 8am orthodontis appt.
DH and DS need hair cuts
May 20th is Brandon's 8th grade graduation at 9am.
Need to pick grandma up from the airport MAY 20th, she'll have to wait there a bit for the graduation to get over with.
May 20th ds has their graduation dinner/dance.
May 21st, take mom to Dialysis in the morning, (my sis will pick her up) and then drive to Orlando!!
I need to do a major house cleaning sometime before we leave as well!! And of course a lot of laundry for us all before we leave (well, dh does his own laundry, gotta love him for that)

Paul gave Jordan the wrong night for the concert. It's tomorrow night, thank goodness, or I wouldn't have been able to go. Came home from my shot, crashed on the bed and just now woke up.
This one was horrible!! It seemed to hurt 100 times worse going in (I knocked a bunch of stuff off the table flailing my arms about) and still hurts. The doc said last time that they are all different for some reason. Good...maybe that means this was the worst and it will only get better.

But anyway, Jordan talked to Paul's dad and confirmed the concert is tomorrow night.

I have no idea if we are doing anything for Mother's Day or not. Jay was going to go to the cabin and decided instead to stay home. Either way, it isn't my job to plan Mother's Day with my mom living in Nebraska and his mom gone. That makes it MY day.....they should plan something. But they won't.

Next week doesn't have as many appointments as this past week did, thank goodness. So I'm not as jammed packed as you are, Heather. Whew.

Oh Stace. How bad I feel for you! I hope tomorrow is better for you. I hope you have great fun at the concert & am glad it wasn't tonight. Hope all is better tomorrow morning. And I surely hope your kids remember Sunday Is Mother's Day..because you are the best Mother I know. I truly mean that. You are always doing for them!

We are off to play tourist today with my nephew, going to Seaside to bike ride and play on the beach.

I took the 21st off also, so my packing is not going to happen until the last minute. My company has decided to keep me, so I won;t be laid off after all. I will work for operations instead of accounting. We will see how that goes, Iam just glad not to be job hunting inthis economy.

Yes there are some extras when using it at Disney Parks and when you use it to book your vacation weather to Disney parks or cruise you get 6 months no interest to pay it off and you get 1% reward dollars for every dollar you spend anywhere... to use at the parks or on the cruise and you also get $50 obc when using it to book your cruise so there are alot of advatages to it

Hooray for keeping your job....a job anyway! I've been a bookkeeper for so long, I don't know how I'd deal with the switch, but I'm betting you'll do just great!

We are off to play tourist today with my nephew, going to Seaside to bike ride and play on the beach.

Oooooo, I love Seaside! When my Mom & Dad still lived FWB, we would always drive out there and I would buy french milled soap and coconut body lotion from Patchouli's - haven't been there since 2007!

It's hot here today, 91 degrees! Spent 2.5 hours at the pool this morning, we're inside now and I'm gonna do some PACKING while listening to a Castaway CD that DCL sent me when we retunred from our 2005 7 day cruise (a survival kit...I don't know if they do that anymore or not...)

Everyone have a GREAT Saturday!

Woo Hoo!!!! How exciting!!!!! A nurse at Dialysis it going on DCL in DEC 2010!! So we had a quick moment of fun Disney talk today!!! And my mom's Nurse Practitioner is a DVC member and disney lover...you know...they always said Dialysis nurses were the best!!!

Just found our Castaway CD from 2005 also! TIme to start playing it again! and time to start packing this weekend. Our miss our pool (had one in FL) I need to spend some time in the sun before we go!!

It's a miracle!!!!!!! Dh is trying on his clothes today.....and starting to pack his stuff!!! (must be his mother's day gift to me...other than the flowers delivered today!!)

I got some of my clothes packed today, and worked on packing some stuff into my carry on back (tylenol, dramamine, antibacterial hand spray, sun glasses, passports, video camera, camera, highlighters, pens, hat)

It feels great to get this stuff going...and listening to Jimmy Buffett while I'm packing!!
