Thanks, I am getting very excited while researching and planning for this trip even though it is still 7 months away.

We are also planning to head over to Universal/IOA (and stay onsite) for a couple of days and I wondered whether anyone knows how this will affect the Magical Express transportation back to the airport at the end of our trip? Will we need to book one more night at a WDW resort after Universal/IOA?

I'm in constant Disney vacation planning mode. It never stops.

Okay, so now that I see everyone is getting their pins for May, I'm getting a little worried. I would really need either a pin or for Disney to release a discount for the beginning of May. Now, from surfing this board, am I correct to understand that we can call Disney to see if there's a pin under our name? What number should I call? Also, does anyone know when a general public discount for May would be released?

In the mean time, I'll just sit around a patiently worry that Disney doesn't love me!

You can call. 407-939-7675. I call all the time to check and see if I have a pin. If they would give me one I might add a few day to my trip. In the long run they would get more money from me. I managed to get some responses over on the Australian forum. People who have done what we are planning to do have taken DME one way only and organised separate transport to/from UO and MCO.

Last year Disney Visa holders got them the last week of December, GP got them January 3rd. We booked the 3rd !!!

Sadly, no PIN for us when we called yesterday. They probably realize they have their hooks in us already.

We also got a pin to my wife, sent in a huge glossy multi page pamphlet - she was gloating (but she is also a marketing person, so was trying to analyze why she got it rather than me)

ok, this will be my first time using a pin. Can I only use it through Disney or can I use a travel agent like Dreams Unlimited? Should I book as soon as possible? Is it possible that a better deal will come out or are pin codes usually the best deal?

I would book it now and I would go through Disney myself. If something better comes out you can always switch discounts. I feel sure a general public discount will come out for May but the discounts might not be as much and a lot of times the dates are a little more restricted. I have nothing against travel agents I just like to be in complete control of my trip. If your use to dealing with one and that's what you prefer to do then go through one.
