I decided on chef mickey's. I don't want to tie us into a park decision yet. We don't have hoppers & I want to leave a little spontaneity into this trip! Haha!

That's a good choice. All you have to do is hop on monorail if you decide you want to go to Epcot or MK. And for that matter if you wanted to go to the other two you can just hop on a bus. I might would just stop at the different resorts on the monorail and look around. You got all kinds of options.

Just wanted to let you guys know that many ADR's for BOG have opened up for dinner for the week of May 13-19. Just I case someone was looking for one.

We will only be in Disney for 2 nights and only in the parks (Epcot and MK) for one day before our Disney cruise. It will be just Dh and I and are hoping for a good room discount at the Comtempoary. We really want to be on the monorail. I made our Dinner ressie at Ohana and our breakfast at Chef Mickeys. I can't wait

anyone else hoping that Disney hits us with some BLACK FRIDAY PIN magic? Even if I don't get one, I think Disney should do something like that... and maybe only give you like 12 hours to decide.. like a lightning deal... if I pass, it goes to someone else who has 2 hours to decide, etc. That would be fun!

Yesterday's glitch in the system must have been cleared up overnight because I was able to make all of our reservations except for our last day which is beyond the 180+10. I do have to call about Hoop Dee Doo reservations since we are using the dining plan. Yay! for getting everything we wanted!

Oh and I love the BLACK FRIDAY pin idea!

Glad I was able to help someone. I ended up with 2 reservations now. One on our first day and one on our last. I should probably cancel one but I can't bring myself to pull the trigger yet.

I thought it would have been leaked already at this time last year, considering how early they were announced on here for early 2014. Where are all the people with inside scoops?!?!?

I'm definitely hoping for a Free Dining offer too, though I won't hold my breath since they haven't done it for May in a while Free Dining is the only way the Dining plan will be worth it for us.

At least now we know our dates for sure - I had to wait til last Wednesday to bid for my 2014 vacation time, and we got the week we wanted - May 11th to 19th! We're waiting for the discount to come up to book the room though, since I work for a travel wholesaler and book through them instead of through Disney directly, but they have different terms and conditions so they don't just apply a new promo, it's cancel and rebook with fees.

I should have booked our flights as soon as I got my vacation dates booked though, because now the price has gone up over 100$ per person I'd just figured I'd wait til this coming Thursday, since that's when I'm getting paid for the first time in six months, and I don't like leaving large sums unpaid on my credit card. That'll teach me! Thankfully we should be able to work something out with different routing that won't be too different in price, just a bit more of a headache!
