For our cruise, no rockets/shuttles will be launched on May 2 or 9th. The Delta 4 GOES O launch, previously scheduled for April 28, has been postponed till mid-May. However, there IS a shuttle launch currently scheduled for May 12 which may be of interest for those staying in Florida after the cruise. The May 12 shuttle's mission is to upgrade the Hubble Space Telescope. This mission should receive a lot of publicity.

In June, there is an Atlas launch scheduled for June 2 and a shuttle on June 13.

Great news for mid June! I think we will try to view the June 13 shuttle. Need to take a look at the schedule and see if we can pull it off! Thanks for the follow up!

Haha!!! None taken, in reality, I can drink just about anything if I have to!!!

If we drink wine at all, we will probably just buy it at the table. When it is hot, I really like to drink Margarita's, Martini's, or Beer.

I will probably some bottles and also opt for something a little more festive. That being said, I am a real light weight; the Irish DH however can run with the big dogs!

Are you planning to sing at Studio Sea -- what song? I am in my church choir, and never thought about doing it on the ship, but I could be convince to sing with new friends !!!

Favorite Disney movie? Well, lately, it has to be Mary Poppins. My daughter's ballet school just did a really great show on it last Saturday. We've been watching it a lot the last few months ..

What is one thing you plan to buy for yourself on the ship? I love shopping, and just yesterday, my husband told me not to buy everything I see we shall see

What excursions are you doing? I think that we will do the beach thing to really unwind from our hectic life ! The only thing that I did book is the boat excursion in Key West. I know my husband would love it !

Where is your favorite place to eat in WDW? I haven't been there is a few years, and every time, we were rushed for time. So this time, we will make sure to try to go to a sit down restaurant

What is the oddest thing you will pack on the trip? My husband wants to bring his GPS with him , like he will be driving the ship

Are you going to WDW before or after your cruise? We are arriving to Orlando on April 29th and are planning on doing 3 days at the Magic Kingdom. Our 5 year old daughter is soooo into princesses

What is the best on-board activity in which you have participated ? I will let you know on the cruise, although, I can tell you my husband's best activity : trying out all the food !!!

After you talking about the wine, I have gone and checked the wine list etc., perhaps we will pick up the 3 night one and just the classic package at that..........There is barely any difference between the classic wines and the preferred, not enough to change the cost that much for sure!

As someone said earlier, it's hard to find a picture of the whole family together as someone is normally acting as photographer.
This is our little family from a picture taken at Discovery Cove last year. Don and I look essentially the same (although we do try to look a little neater in public!) but DD is now a much slimmer version (ahh, young metabolism!)
I was glad to read that DCL has photographers all over the ship so that hopefully we'll have more family photos!

That is a great photo of your family with the dolphin. It is a great reminder of the excursion we have reserved in Cozumel.

DCL does have photographers everywhere. The hardest thing to do is to throw away pictures at the end of the cruise. There will be so many good ones to choose from but no way can we keep them all.

The weather and the kids are driving me BATTY! I am so overwhelmed that I can not even add a dancing banana....I have been trying to keep up with work and it is not getting any easier. THe closer the trip gets, the more disengaged I become.

I love the board and the friendship! Looking forward to meeting everyone and watching how much fun the kids will have on the trip. Not to mention the fruity drinks....Will someone please make certain that I am not walking around without some type of drink with a little umbrella? Just keep reminding me that my glass is getting empty.

I called TA about the lack of documents; she stated that even if you don't have them you will be able to get on the ship. The TA advised that DCL is almost the only cruise line that has not yet went to all electronic ticketing. That being said, not certain if this is true or if the TA was just trying to get me off the phone!

I am bringing a small rolling cooler and hope that I will be able to keep some beer chilled for DH.
