FE update: since at least a few of us have pmed Linds but with no response, I've taken her off the list, so all you Fish-Extenders only need to buy for 10 cabins (or 21 adults, 11 children and 1 baby, depending on how you decide to buy). Ashlotte and I will figure out how to divide the cabins and post the final list so that everyone knows which day they're responsible for. Please remember to pm Ashlotte or me immediately if you have any allergies that people need to be aware of.
My understanding about FEs is that the choice is up to you. You could either buy one gift for the cabin or individual gifts for each person. And giving works the same way. You can give as a cabin or as individuals. The idea is not to break the bank but just to give all the participants a fun surprise for each day of the cruise.
Laura, you've probably read the most about FEs of any of us. Do you think that's right? Ashlotte, do you agree?
...... but for sure we will put something in each pocket.
I wouldn't recommend doing that at our door, Laura. Our FE has 3 pockets, but we're only 2 people. It has our names at the top rather than a pocket for each of us. We participated in the FE on our other cruise and it was more of a free-for-all. There were no assignments as to who made distributions on what day. We each got a list and that was it. Some people didn't have anything but a single bag hanging on their fish and we just dumped whatever we were giving in the bag. Now that I scored a cute new FE from eBay for us, I realize that what I made to give out is not going to fit in the pockets if you all have this kind! Now what do I do??!!![]()
Unfortunately not. I think DH would withdraw my charging privileges if I did.Anybody planning on booking on board for next year?
Anybody planning on booking on board for next year? If so, when?
We're kinda holding out for Alaska, but you never know! I like the idea of a cruise to de-stress after tax season and then our annual holiday visit to WDW right after Thanksgiving.
Now I'd like to ask......is anyone else interested in doing the Martini Tasting, Margherita Tasting, Beer Tasting or the Wine Tasting? I believe they're all on sea days, so there's no conflict with excursions. I did the Martini Tasting before and am thinking about doing it again, or maybe trying something new. It was lots of fun, but DH isn't into any of them and I'd love a buddy or three!

Hello, I just found out about these DisBoards, boy do I have a lot of reading to do. We are traveling with you all on the May 2nd cruise. This will be our first Disney Cruise; however, we are avid Disney World fans. We just moved from Florida. We are so excited about the cruise coming up. I have enjoyed reading the posts, but after nearly 50+ pages, I had to skip around. I have a question about the Oceaneers Club. My daughter is 4 but still has problems with potty time (sometimes). What if we send her to the Club and she has an accident? I know kids get so excited in there with the characters and all that I am afraid she may have an accident. I read somewhere that they kick the kids out and don't let them back for x amount of time. Can anyone confirm if they've ever run into this? Seems a bit harsh to me. 3 weeks to go...can't wait!!
