Instead of posting the info, all FE participants are welcome to Private Message me their family name and stateroom # if they wish, and then on Monday, I could Private Message all the participants with the collected info. If anyone is uncomfortable with that, then they can choose to wait until we meet on board to exchange the info. Just let me know

Hello Everyone

Since today was the cut-off date for FE participants, I am posting the final list
***We have added one more family participating, bringing the total # to 7 staterooms participating. This couple is from another board but are sailing with us on 5/17. Please add sue818 to your list. It will be Sue and her husband joining the fish extender exchange.

As far as stateroom #'s and family names for the fish extenders, even though most all of us have stateroom assignments, some have expressed a concern that their # could change before we set sail, so I am thinking it will be best to meet and exchange names and stateroom #'s on the ship before the Sail Away deck party celebration. It can get very crowded and loud if we wait to meet at the deck party.
So, I propose that we meet at Pluto's Doghouse across from the Mickey pool at 2:30pm on Sunday before we set sail from port to exchange info.
Is that agreeable with everyone? Also, if we can post a pic of ourselves before then, it may help us find each other.
If anyone else still wants to PM their stateroom # and family name to me, I will keep track of them just in case anyone misses our meeting connection at 2:30pm on 5/17.
I have everyone's current stateroom # on the list, except ucfsweetie82 and Srethlake.

Here is the final list of participants as of today's date 4/20/09.
There are 7 families for planning purposes:

I tried to PM you but apparently I don't have enough posts yet? With that, we did book a gty and our current room assignment is #1038-Rethlake Party of 3 please.. on deck 1 I believe.

We are flying into Jacksonville that AM (I know we are INSANE- only day we could leave and we have a wedding following in Jacksonville) and driving down so 2:30 may be a little close for us. If by chance we don't make it, can I get a copy of the room assignments either that evening so I can make my deliveries or prior to departure... I hope to be at the meeting but just-in-case. Hopefully we do not have any further cabin changes or I can meet at 2:30!

Thanks for organizing and I look forward to a great trip and hopefully meeting some new faces.

Hi everyone. I am the sueh818 that Anne Marie mentioned. I thought I'd go for something a little more festive this time around. (Thanks Anne Marie for signing me up for the Fish Extender exchange).

I cant wait to meet you all in just a few weeks.

This will be the second cruise for my husband and me. Our first was the Magic in the Mexican Riviera last year with our four young daughters. My husband and I enjoyed it so much we decided to do another cruise for our 15th anniversary. Our actual anniversary is on 4/30 but we decided to wait for the May 17 sailing because the girls will have state testing at school that week. That means no homework for them and less work for Grandma who will be babysitting.

No worries The week before our sailing date, I will PM all FE participants with the stateroom #'s that I have listed. I sure hope you can make 2:30. I would be happy to change it, but I just didn't want to make the meeting time too close to our drill time before we set sail. Why don't we keep it at that time for now and if for some reason you don't make it, I will look you up and give you the updated (if any) stateroom #'s. Sound okay?
